Sterlini's love of magic began at the age of four when his mother
bought him a Magic Water Vase. The rest, as they say, is history.
At 12, Sterlini began performing professionally and went on to become
one of the few graduates of the Chavez College of Prestidigitation
(one of two such schools in the world). Today, Sterlini’s intense
and skilled performances show off the advanced sleight of hand and
showmanship abilities he learned there.
After college, Sterlini’s dove act won First Place status
at Michigan Magic Day, the Glass City Conjurer's Conclave, and Abbott's
magic competitions.
His impressive acts moved on to entertain the magicians themselves,
strutting his stuff on stage for conventions in "the magic capital
of the world," Colon Michigan, for Abbott's Annual Magic Get
Together, Magi-Fest convention in Columbus, Ohio, Chicago's Masters
of Magic and in New York for Tannen's Magic Jubilee.
October of 1995, Sterlini mystified 80,000 fans at a sold out Detroit
Lions football game, when he introduced his "explosive" Lion
Metamorphosis on the 50 yard line during the pre-game show against
the San Francisco 49ers.
Throughout his career, Sterlini has performed for large audiences,
but never so many until he thrilled millions over the airwaves on the
Arsenio Hall and Jerry Springer shows.
And most recently, Sterlini acquired Grand Illusion, one of the
mid west’s largest illusion programs, featuring classic as
well as original stage illusions.
